Each year Bill attends the Professional Photographers of Washington

 

to master his craft. He takes great pride in this organization for building the profession of photography

 

to a fine art appreciated by many. Eachyear profoundly changes his outlook on the world around him, and

 

his passion for his art. He also encourages other photographers to support each other and to learn by
